Jr. Account Manager

Ticket Evolution is a lean, profitable and growing company based in New York City in the B2B online event ticket space. We connect buyers to sellers and everyone in between. We are striving to be the API that drives the event ticketing industry. We develop industry-leading solutions that enable our partners to offer that inventory to their customers while providing the backend real-time execution, clearing & settlement of that inventory across multiple distribution platforms. If you have ever purchased tickets to a game on-line or called a broker for tickets to a sold-out show, chances are that our platform was used somewhere in between. Located in the Gramercy neighborhood of NYC, we are a fun-loving group of techies, geeks & event junkies.

Currently, Ticket Evolution is looking for a Jr. Account Manager to join the Partnerships team to act as direct support for our over 300 partners.

How you will make an impact?

  • Serve as a key contact for multiple clients as Ticket Evolution’s product advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Act as front-line support for our Travel Advisor partners using our Events 365 product
  • Keep all clients’ needs, ticket requests, general inquiries, contact information, and actions organized and up-to-date through our CRM system.
  • Onboarding specialist- Make sure each client is set up with access to our system correctly and in a timely manner to successfully use Ticket Evolution’s products.
  • Promote client engagement, loyalty, and retention through effective and efficient communication and problem resolution.
  • Assist customers in achieving outcomes and deriving value from their use of Ticket Evolution’s products by promoting education, best practices and understanding our client’s needs.
  • Work with our Finance team to provide proper reporting and invoicing to clients.
  • Support marketing efforts, specifically with relation to social media, website management, and email campaigns.

  • CRM knowledge a plus (Intercom, Salesforce, ZoHo)
  • Technical aptitude/skills a plus (HTML, CSS, and WordPress, MailChimp)
