Ticket Evolution builds software and services that handles the real-time execution, clearing and settlement of event ticket trades. If you ever purchased a ticket to a sports game online, or called a broker for seats to a concert, chances are our system was used somewhere in between. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for improving Broker management with a focus on improving Broker relations through improved communication and contact. The Broker Liaison will focus on matters related to procedures and protocols, order fulfillment and issue resolution. This position will work to affect positive change within the organization as well as with regards to Broker behavior by better understanding of their business needs which will vary Broker to Broker. Our fulfillment office is located in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona. We are located just off the 101 close to Talking Stick Resort and Salt River Fields.
What you’ll do
- Analyze review of Broker performance metrics
- Daily communication with brokers via phone and e-mail
- Suggest improvements/issues/bugs with proprietary software and communicate new improvements/issues/bugs
- Resolve fulfillment issues
- Relationship building
- Research/investigate Broker contentions
- Timely resolution of monetary events under dispute
- Must be available for weekends. Various 9 hour shifts are available ranging from 6:00 A.M. start to ones that end at 9:00 P.M.
Who you are
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in Office (Word & Excel)
- Proficient in Google Docs/Drive
- Experienced in internet software (Web browsers, Google, Social Media sites)
- Experienced in order processing system (Proprietary POS System)
- Experienced in project management systems (Zendesk)
- A passion for live entertainment.
